Goal

Small local NGOs capable of undertaking Human Rights and Good Governance Project.

Objectives

• Build capacity of local small NGO's in the field of Human Rights and Good Governance to act as a strong collaborator of Democracywatch
• Work as a guardian organization to improve the quality of staff of local organizations to implement the governance program successfully.
• Asses the performance of local NGOs and build their individual cap city

Major Activities

• Prepare database of local development organization and update list of DW partner organization.
• Develop module to conduct HR and GG training
• Conduct training on Human Rights and Good Governance
• Ensure accommodation for participants
