With this Journalist Training on Human Rights Reporting project
Democracywatch aims to train journalists both from local and national
level on human rights reporting and thereby help advancement of
public awareness about democratic rights and responsibilities.
Democracywatch
is arranging a series of training sessions on human rights reporting
with journalists. About 100 journalists from different areas of
Bangladesh already trained up through this program.

Monitoring
human rights violation
In the process of monitoring violation especially aginst women and
children we perform a study and publish quarterly report. It also
includes the law and order situation in Bangladesh.

Leadership
trtaining
It is a special course on issues of good governance and democracy,
leadership training, research methodology, report writing. This
course aims to build up knowledge to the university graduates
and development workers based on goernance, rights, responsibilities,
gender issues etc.and hence develop their leadership quality.
